Product Delivery
Orders will be shipped only after full payment has been received and to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Once the order is processed for shipment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of ₪40 will be added to the order total for home delivery across Israel. The fee applies per destination, even if multiple items are purchased in a single order.

Store Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order for free from our store.
Please note: our current address (Sheinkin 12, Tel Aviv) is temporary and may change.

Shipping Provider
Orders are delivered by a third-party courier service. The shipping provider’s terms and policies apply to all deliveries and are binding to the customer.

Delivery Areas & Exceptions
We reserve the right to define our delivery zones within Israel.
For remote areas—including Eilat, the Arava region, the Golan Heights, and areas with limited access due to security reasons—delivery will be coordinated directly with the customer. In some cases, delivery will be made to a designated distribution point.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.
For products purchased during sales or seasonal promotions, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events (such as war, unrest, or natural disasters). No compensation will be offered for such delays.

Proof of Identity
In some cases, customers may be required to present identification and/or order confirmation at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to request additional verification prior to releasing the order.
